Naturally frozen on the vine, grapes are handpicked when the temperature falls below -7C.


From start to finish, Vino Winemaker's method of producing high quality wines will take only 4-6 weeks.

The process

1. Select your favorite wine from our wine list

2. Start the fermentation process

3. Wait, Wait, and Wait... For the longest 4-6 weeks of your life.

4. When the wine is ready, we will call you to make an appointment.

5. Bottle the fruit of your labor

6. Enjoy your wine and live longer.

Store your wine upright for 7 to 10 days allowing the residual Co2 to escape. After that period lay bottles on their side keeping the cork moist. During the ageing process store your wine in a moderately humid dark room with a constant temperature of about 17 degrees.

We recommended you age your wine a minimum of two months for whites and three to four months for reds.
